Vendor Registration Process
Vendor Announcement
The Erie County Department of Procurement is proud to announce that we will now be using Public Purchase, a web-based eProcurement service. In order to receive bid notifications as a current vendor, you must register with this new system. This process will only take a few minutes.
Special Events
The City of Erie requires that organizations or individuals requesting the use of City-owned property provide the City with a public liability insurance policy naming the City of Erie as additional insured. The policy must carry a minimum liability of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage.

By exercising the individual talents of 6 local institutions, the Innovation Beehive can offer assistance in all areas of business development. Originally launched by the Ignite Erie Grant at Penn State Behrend, the NWPA Innovation Beehive has expanded to other regional universities. Each center now includes a fully operational location and employs a mix of students, faculty, and staff.
